With the current available technologies, we anticipate many events will be online without incurring the cost of hiring big halls. As Black History month has approached, we will be carrying out series of online events.
FOMED In Action!
FOMED website in consultation with the policy-makers will offer many free online resources including tailor-made lesson plans, teaching ideas and support and guidance for education practitioners in the traditional area in Ghana.
FOMED works with teachers in area of all ages and subjects to develop their practice in order to meet the national educational requirement. The working committee on Resources and Materials is assigned to provide such materials which will help teachers to develop both their thinking and practice, no matter what age group or subject they teach.
FOMED is run by volunteers experienced educationist, teachers, administrators, civil servants, project and case workers. The overall responsibilities lie with the Board of Trustees of the organisation.
